EASY RETURNS

VICTRESS aim for 100% customer satisfaction. VICTRESS accepts returns for exchange and refund for up to 30 days from original purchase date (except for sale items which are final sale). Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose sale items carefully and reach out to the team if you need assistance with sizing or product information.

Should you wish to exchange or refund your item, please email us first at hello@victress.com.au and mark the email subject line with RETURNS. 

Please note, exchanges or refunds will only be processed if you meet the following conditions:

1.The product must be in its new condition with all tags attached and unworn.

2.We will not accept the return of any item which shows signs of use or wear, including but not limited to alterations, laundering, odours (including smoke), pet hair, stains or other markings.

3. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Currently we are unable to accept returns from our International customers.
